Visitation Thursday February 25th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church 12307 Ridgeland Avenue Palos Heights Il 60463. The Funeral Service will start promptly at 11:00 AM. Lefteris will be laid to rest at Bethania Cemetery of Justice.

Eleftherios G. Vasilopoulos, born August 29, 1943 in Roino, Arkadias Greece. Passed away peacefully Friday, February 19, 2021. Devoted and beloved husband of Tasia (nee Argyropoulos) for 52 years. Dearest father of Theodora (Kostentinos) Govas, Kasiane (Wayne Brezovar) Vasilopoulos and Maria (Raymond, Jr) Vasilopoulos-Deitelhoff. Loving and proud Pappouli of Dimitri, Anastasia and Eleftheria. Beloved son of the late Konstantinos and Kasiane Vasilopoulos. Dear brother of Angelo (Vicky), Niki (Panayioti) Neofotistos, Christina (late Grigori) Michael and Panayioti (Irini). Dear son-in-law of the late Sotiros and Konstantina Argyropoulos. Brother-in-law of Toula (Yanni) Papatsakonas and Xristo (Stavroula) Argyropoulos. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; cherished friend to many. Through his passion for the “klarino” he began VASILOPOULOS ORCHESTRA and created lifelong memories for many generations.
