Services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2004 at Saint John the Forerunner Greek Orthodox Church, 8500 S. Archer Avenue, Willow Springs, in Illinois. Visitation 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Funeral Service directly after visitation at 10:00 AM.
Immediately following the funeral service there will be a luncheon served in the church hall.
Polla will be laid to rest in Cobleskill, New York, Saint John of San Francisco Orthodox Monastery

Politimi came to the United States from Argos Orestiko Kastoria, Greece, where she met and married her beloved husband Konstantinos Souhlas, departed May 23, 2007. She has joined her parents Leonidas & Hariklia Bardos and siblings Vasilios (Eleni) Bardos, Elpiniki (Konstantinos) Karamitos and Sofia (Christos) Kyriazopoulos. She is survived by her three daughters Anastassia (John) Karris, Despina Souhlas (Nebojsa Stanic), Demetra (Nicholas) Troy; grandchildren Gregory, Luka, Angeliki, Gabriel, Konstantinos and Nektarios; brother Thomas (Eleni) Bardos, and many adored nieces, nephews and Godchildren.
