Marilyn Joyce Brown (nee Marozek), 89 of Palos Hills, passed away Tuesday night July 12th at home peacefully with family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Leland John Brown for over 57 years. Devoted mother of Peggy (Henry) Finfrock, Hank Brown, Grace (Mark) Youell, and Julie (Jim) Wrobel. Loving Grandmother of 13 and Great Grandmother 14. Dearest sister of Geri Sansone, Leona Hallo, and the late Robert Johnson. Fond Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Marilyn was fondly known as “The Favorite lunch lady at the Stagg High school cafeteria”, and also very active in the greater Palos community. Visitation Sunday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Palos Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 S. Southwest Hwy (7700 W). Funeral 9:00 AM with a 10:00 AM Chapel Service.
