The Visitation Services for Jack Mayer will be held on Sunday November 18th from 2 PM to 8 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 Francis Road in New Lenox Il 60451 ( Corner of Cedar and Francis Roads). Friends and family are asked to meet Monday morning directly at St. Jude Catholic Church 241 West 2nd Avenue New Lenox Il for the Funeral Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00. The interment will take place on later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
The Family has asked that in lieu of flowers memorial be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Greater Illinois Chapter.
