Konstantinos Milonas February 2nd, 1940 – August 18th, 2025
Services for Mr. Milonas will take place this Friday, August 22nd at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 7560 Archer Road, Justice, Illinois 60458. Visitation will take place from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am immediately following the visitation at Holy Cross Church. Konstantinos will be laid to rest at Bethania cemetery of Justice.
Konstantinos Milonas passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025. Konstantinos was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother to a large and loving Greek family. He was born in Lyrkeia, Argos in Greece in 1940. He married Areti (nee Papadopoulos) and emigrated to the United States in 1967. They were married for over 60 years. His two children, George and Vicky (Egan), thrive because of the strong work ethic he instilled in them. He was a cook at Huck Finn Restaurant for over 30 years and worked hard to put his children through Loyola University Chicago. He adored his grandchildren Mike and Jack (the children of Vicky and her husband Mike) and Anna, Emma, and Matthew (the children of George and Jennifer, nee Hogan). Konstantinos loved spending time with his brothers and sisters in law. He was an excellent gardener. Konstantinos was a dedicated fan of Chicago Sports teams and the WWE. In his free time, he enjoyed relaxing outdoors with nature and a cup of coffee. He will be very dearly missed by everyone. May His Memory be Eternal.
