The Services for Mrs. Kourafas will take place all in one day on Monday, February 17th, 2020. The Visitation will take place at 9:00 AM at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church 11025 South Roberts Road ,Palos Hills Illinois 60465. The funeral will immediately follow. Voula will be laid to rest that same day next to her beloved George at Bethania cemetery of Justice.
Stavroula Kourafas nee (Kefalas), 89, of Leptini, Greece passed away Friday, February 14th, with family at her side. Beloved wife of the late George. Dearest mother of John and Sophia (the late Nick) Stathopoulos. Devoted and loving grandmother of George (Andrea), Yianni, and Stacie. Cherished great-grandmother of John. Dearest daughter of the late Antonis and Anastasia Kefalas. Dear sister of Elias and the late Nick Kefalas. Fond theia of many nieces and nephews.
