In light of the current health situation, the services for Mrs. Georgiadou will take place all in one day. The Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday November 18th at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church 11025 South Roberts Road Palos Hills and is open to the public.
WITH THE HELP OF THE CHURCH PARISH COUNCIL ONLY 100 PEOPLE WITH MASKS ON WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CHURCH AT ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS AND THE GREEK ORTHODOX METROPOLIS OF CHICAGO.
THE FUNERAL WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 10:00 AM AND WILL BE RESERVED FOR FAMILY AND GUESTS NOT TO EXCEED 100 PEOPLE. Mrs. Georgiadou will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Thomas at Elmwood Cemetery in Rivergrove Illinois. The Georgiadis family thanks you warmly for your prayers, love ,and kindness during this most difficult time. Theodota Georgiadou, known as “Tota” to her family and friends, fell asleep with the Lord on
Wednesday, November 11th 2020. Beloved wife of Thomas; Devoted mother to Akis; Cherished
Grandmother to Maria and Theodota. Small in stature but big in personality, Tota loved to have long talks and discussions with those around her. She always offered a unique perspective and had a memory like a steel trap. Loved to follow the latest fashion trends, clothing and skincare, she could find the most unique products across the globe. Her complete and total devotion to her son and grandchildren knew no limits. Tota sacrificed anything and everything for their well-being day in and day out.
